"We recently put a new roof on our home through Foss Exteriors. We have done new roofs before with mixed results of quality and service.

We were pleasantly surprised by the entire process. First, Trevor was able to provide us with an assessment and estimate very quickly. We know that the assessment was honest because it confirmed everything our favorite handyman had already told us and the assessment contained NO additional/expanded requirements. Then, Trevor helped us evaluate the various types of shingles, clearly explaining the pros and cons.

He not only made it easy to choose which shingle, he even helped us choose the color. The estimate was very fair, so we went ahead. The dumpster arrived exactly when scheduled. The crew arrived exactly when scheduled and they were nice, polite and unbelievably quick. The job was done exactly when they said it would be and the crew even went the extra mile and spray painted our weather vane so it looked clean and new up on the roof!

The clean up was perfect and I still haven't found any roofing nails in my lawn. Truthfully, we would have been 100% satisfied with Foss at that point. Then came the winter and major ice dams on our new roof. We were concerned and as I am disabled, I couldn't get out there to break up the dams.  With our handyman out of town,  I called Foss to get a reference of a company/handyman that could do that for me. Instead, one of the employees came out to the house, took my roof rake and took care of it. Talk about going above and beyond!"
